The Downvalley Attic
The Downvalley Attic is a private event space located above Maxed Out Studios in Gypsum, Colorado. Our affiliated production company Maxed Out Productions has partnered with The Downvalley Attic to provide professional audio and video services for the various events hosted at The Downvalley Attic.

The DownValley Attic is prepared to handle a wide variety of events, from speaking engagements to graduation parties to concerts. As such, rates for use are dependent on a number of factors including time of day, day of week, and level of involvement of production staff and equipment. Please email the attic@maxedoutstudios.com for a custom quote, but general use rates are as follows.
Monday - Thursday:
9am-12pm - $50/hour
12pm-5pm - $100/hour
5pm-12am - $150/hour
Friday - Sunday:
9am-12pm - $50/hour
12pm-5pm - $100/hour
5pm-12am - $175/hour
The DownValley Attic is prepared to handle a wide variety of events, from speaking engagements to graduation parties to concerts to live-streamed events. The DownValley Attic has a wide assortment of amenities and equipment that can be used at these events. Note: all concerts or AV related events must be run through Maxed Out Productions with a qualified staff member present.

Di Boxes, additional cabling, floor monitors, and other audio equipment are available for use through Maxed Out Productions. Please indicate any additional audio needs prior to arrival.
